Please read our policies carefully to ensure a smooth travel experience.
1. Booking & Reservation
- All bookings must be made at least 3 hours prior to the pickup time.
- Confirmation is subject to vehicle availability.
2. Waiting Time Policy
- Airport Pickup: Complimentary 2hours waiting time from the actual flight landing time.
- Hotel/Address Pickup: Complimentary 30 minutes waiting time from the scheduled pickup time.
- Additional waiting time will be charged periodically.
3. Reschedule Policy
- Reschedule requests must be made at least 12 hours before the pickup time.
- Rescheduling is free of charge if done at least 12 hours in advance, subject to vehicle availability.
- Reschedule requests made less than 12 hours before pickup may incur additional fees or be treated as a cancellation.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
- Full refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours before pickup.
- 50% refund for cancellations made between 12 to 24 hours before pickup.
- No refund for cancellations made less than 12 hours before pickup or no-show.
5. Passenger Conduct
- Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
- Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers will be charged to the customer.
6. Luggage Policy
- Passengers must ensure the selected fleet can accommodate their luggage size and quantity.
